EL-PAS CarMutic, Phone Mute Relay

EL-PAS’s phone mute CarMutic automatically turn off your music when the car phone rings. It will then redirect the car phone sound to the car's two front loudspeakers, allowing you to enjoy a hands-free conversation with the best possible sound quality. CarMutic will turn the music on back to the same volume, when you hang up.

CarMutic consists of a mute box and a selection of complete wiring harnesses, to be used depending on what installation you wish to perform. Mutes 50-watt RMS. per loudspeaker.

CarMutic Power is a complete kit intended for vehicles where an amplifier has been installed. It offers the same functionality as our standard CarMutic. Mutes 100-watt RMS. per loudspeaker.

CarMutic Private offers the same nice features as CarMutic. Furthermore, it is possible to switch the conversation from the car's loudspeakers/ microphone to a private conversation in a headset. Operated by a small membrane switch mounted on the dashboard.
